It all started with a dream…

Marco, the Front-of-House manager and one of the “Brothers,” arrived in America from Palermo, Sicily 2016. After a few years working in his uncle’s restaurant, he desired o build something of his own. He convinced his brother and now Back-of-House manager, Giacomo, to bring his family over and join him in his venture.

They first opened Italian Brothers Bakery in San Jose in June of 2018. The brothers evolved it into a “dangerous, one-stop-shop” with Italian gelato, cookies, sandwiches, and pizza. In 2019, they were even a pizza vendor inside the SAP stadium for the Sharks games! Then they left the bakery business behind to pursue their true dream - a restaurant.

In January of 2020, Italian Brothers Restaurant was founded in Los Gatos. Despite opening on the cusp of COVID-19, through hard work, perseverance, and community support, the brothers not only survived but thrived!

Now in 2022 with pandemic restriction hopefully at an end, the Brothers are focused on expanding their Catering business. If you are intrested in having the Brothers cater your next event visit this page HERE
